Dr. Nicole B. Reiter is a local chiropractor who grew up on James Island. She was introduced to chiropractic while in high school through her younger sister who was already a patient at a local office. After receiving relief from severe menstrual symptoms, she began to work in the office. She continued to do so for five years, affording her the opportunity to see all of the amazing health benefits that chiropractic has to offer.
Dr. Reiter attended graduate school at Life University in Marietta, GA. While there she learned the latest techniques for helping people to achieve optimal health. The intense chiropractic program gave her the skills necessary to earn the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Reiter uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of her patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, and a heavy emphasis on patient education and empowerment, Dr. Reiter is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health. Her number one priority is to help you achieve your potential!

Dr. Moses Moretti received his first chiropractic adjustment at age two. His parents owned and operated a natural foods store. They were committed to raising healthy children without the use of over the counter drugs, processed foods, or immunizations. He realized early in his life the importance of living a healthy balanced lifestyle. It was this holistic upbringing, as well as the support of his chiropractor, which led to his decision to pursue a chiropractic career.
